Jasmine Curtis-Smith was left confused after a netizen sent her a question on Tiktok asking if she was the mother of her older sister Anne Curtis.
The 27-year-old actress reacted to the question, first acting offended and then pretending to cry as she yelled, “10 years akong mas bata sa kanya! (I’m 10 years younger than her!)”
“KELAN PO BAKIT PO AKO PA UNG NANAY (Since when? Why is it me who’s the mom?),” Jasmine also wrote in the caption of her post.
A lot of her fans jumped in the comments to laugh at the absurd question and to sympathize with her.
One netizen even commented, “Ganyan talaga pag bunso, napagkakamalang panganay (That’s how it is with the youngest of the family, they’re always thought to be the eldest).”
“Sana naging Ate ako hindi Nanay sa pag-iisip nya (I wish they made the mistake of thinking I was the older sister instead of the mother),” Jasmine answered with a laughing emoji.

As of writing the Tiktok video has garnered 5.6 million views, over 742K likes, and nearly 9K comments.
Just last February, Jasmine posted a throwback photo of her and Anne as she greeted her older sister a happy birthday. “I love you Sestra, for all that you are and will evolve to be,” she wrote at the time.
She also posted a photo with Anne and their mom, Carmen, during Mother’s Day.
