The Snyder Cut for ‘Justice League’ is Officially Happening

The ‘Justice League’ movie came out back in 2018 and sadly, not a lot of people were happy with it. Now, three years after its release, the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement has come out victorious and we will finally get to see the movie the way many believe it was meant to be seen.

See, ‘Justice League’ director Zack Snyder had planned for ‘Justice League’ to be four hours long. When he left the project, however, Joss Whedon finished the film (without Zack’s original vision), and we got what we got. Although 80 pages of script were added by Joss, the movie we got to see was still just two hours or so long. Everything felt confusing and rushed, to say the least. Well, now we will finally get to see what Zack originally had in mind.

“This is real”, Zack posted in a tweet:

Along with Henry Cavill, who plays Superman in the movie, Zack announced the big news after a viewing party of ‘Man of Steel’. He says that the cut will “be an entirely new thing, and, especially talking to those who have seen the released movie, a new experience apart from that movie”.

‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League’ is set to be released in 2021 on HBO Max, which will launch on May 27.

We. Cannot. Wait.
