At 7 A.M. on a Saturday, we were alive and excited for the giant slide that invaded Filinvest City in Alabang.

 

 

 

Slidefest Philippines, now on its second leg, gave another day of 1,000 feet of happiness to the Slidefest Philippines participants who were seven times the number of the actual feet of the slide itself.

 

 

This one-of-a-kind concept by the originators of BreakOut Philippines was a brilliant activity for everyone looking for a different kind of adrenaline rush this summer.

 

 

People flocked to the venue despite the prickling heat in their best sliding sunwear, armed with sunblock, shades, go pros and energy to slide as much as they want! Booths were also set up to add to the fun with games, music, freebies and more.

 

 

These floaters were our best friends on the slide! For two hours, we got to slide thrice! 3x of sliding = 3x the happiness. :)) My most memorable slide, though, was my last one. I dove to the giant slide, put my feet up and went round and round and round and round (yes people, my floater turned me around FOUR times) down to a big splash at the end of it with One Direction‘s Stockholm Syndrome playing in the background!
