For the main course, you can choose between Rib-eye Steak with Sauteed Arugula and Mashed Potato, Prawns with Salted Herring Pasta, Corniche Chicken with Organic Wild Rice Pilaf, Pan Grilled U.S. Porkloin with Sauteed Diced Potatoes or Chilean Seafood Risotto.

This is cooked well-done – just the way I like it. It is cooked thoroughly and is easy to cut. The sauce is creamy and a little bit spicy. It reminded me of my mom’s version of caldereta.

Cooked Medium rare, the rib-eye steak is very flavorful and tender. It lies in a bed of mashed potato that is made with real potatoes; you can even taste small bits of it.
For dessert, you can choose from Creme Brulee, Tiramisu and Molten Lava Cake A La Mode.

I am a big fan of dessert. I think this is the cherry on top of a really good dinner. This creme brulee is served freshly torched, which makes the top part crispy and keeps the inside very creamy. It also has fruit balls on the side.

The chocolate cake is very moist and is served hot, making the ice cream on top melt. The chocolate accents are very rich in flavour, too, making it a perfect ending to a terrific meal.
Fine dining can be a bit expensive, but this whole meal at Sky Garden only costs Php 1,200 and will even be offered in a discounted rate from October to November – affordable fine dining at its finest!
This place is perfect for those dates with your loved ones. The ambiance is very good and the food is reasonably priced. Plus, you can ask the attendants to adjust the taste of your food if you want. They serve white or red wine during your dinner.
