The case was designed by Hamee, a Japanese smartphone case retailer. It’s said to be modeled after a real woman’s hand, and you can see it in the lines on the palm and other fine details you’d find in a real hand.
It might be a bit of a shock for some people, but it’s a great way to start a conversation. It has other uses, too: you can wrap the cord of your earphones around the fingers, and you can use the hand as a pedestal so you can watch your favorite movies or TV shows comfortably.
The hand case is currently available for the iPhone 6, 6s, 7, 8, X, XS, and XR.
