A lucky teen became the recipient of Miss Bulgaria’s blue gown she used for Miss Universe after the latter posted a call on social media saying that she would give away her blue gown to a girl who cannot afford a prom dress as a parting gift.
And just two days after Violina Ancheva made the call on social media, her notable two-piece Sherri Hill dress swiftly landed in the hands of a new owner: the teenage daughter of single mom Issay Gallano.
While it wasn’t revealed how Violina chose the recipient of her dress, the happy mother posted photos of her daughter wearing the gown on Facebook.
Gallano’s post read:
“Thank you so much Miss Bulgaria ❤ You have a beautiful heart. We wish you all the best. God bless you and your family”
She even posted a photo of her and Miss Bulgaria together.
