Scarlett Johansson has a doppelganger, and their likeness is eerie.
Recently, a Reddit user named Denver Dodd shared a photo taken in 1967 of his grandmother, Geraldine Dodd, who was then 22. Naturally, it became internet gold.
As a result, word reached the “Ghost in the Shell” actress, who dedicated a video to Geraldine personally inviting her to the premiere of her movie “Rough Night” on June 16.
The actress said:
“Geraldine, I cannot tell you, I have been absolutely inundated with emails and messages about how much we look alike. And I had to look at the photo myself…Holy crap!”
Scarlett added that she wanted to grab a drink with Geraldine, and “share drunk faces” with the 72-year-old.
“I saw that you were, quote, ‘drunk as a skunk’ when taking that photo, and I would like to see your drunk face. I want to share a drunk face with you. Let’s have a drink, Geraldine.”
According to Denver’s Reddit comment, his grandmother immediately said yes to the actress’ invitation, and was “literally jaw dropping dumbfounded” after Scarlett sent in the video.
This is definitely a meeting to watch out for!
