Beliebers are sad that Justin Bieber’s concert in Manila is canceled, but we have the next best thing: Scarlet Snow Belo dancing to the singer’s version of “Despacito.”
Dr. Vicki Belo shared a video on Instagram of her daughter dancing to the song and she’s so adorable!

Belo captioned the short video with, “Since Justin Bieber cancelled his concert maybe Scarlet Snow Belo can take over. She has invented a new “move” called the wiggle wiggle.”
As of posting, the video has more than 295,000 views and more than 500 comments.
“Despacito” is by Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi, featuring Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankee. The song was released in January but reached global status when a remix was released featuring Justin Bieber. Just last month, it has become the most streamed song ever, with 4.6 billion streams.
