Jess & Pat’s Rooftop Café is an indie, artsy rooftop cafe that serves honest, homemade burgers and homegrown coffee located at San Roque, Marikina City. More to serving good and affordable food, Jess & Pat’s Rooftop Café is passionate about supporting local artists such as musicians, painters, poets and the like.
During Jess & Pat’s Rooftop Café’s early start, it has already launched two (2) events, one that is an open mic night. The café also partnered up with independent productions and organizations such as DocDef Productions, PAPEL, Artidope, Betsin Artparasites and more. Jess & Pat’s Rooftop Café believe that these artists deserve to be heard and watched; we believe in the indie scene.
With this, Jess & Pat’s Rooftop Café launches its third event, SAVAGE! Rooftop Halloween + Open Mic Night on October 29, 2016 7pm onwards at Jess & Pat’s Rooftop Cafe (3/F MEC Building, 2 Pitpitan st., San Roque).
The following performers are to be watched live on the said event: There’s Era, Neala Medina, Comic, The Passers’ Soliloquy, AlasMedya and Indigo Sweep. Spoken Word Poetry artists are: Dani Nakpil of Risen Collective, Rian Magtaan of The Artidope, Chan Santos of KM64 and Ivan Mella of Betsin Art-Parasites. Also, an art exhibit by Kata Okado of Katamaran Art.
