Sanya Lopez is one of the fittest and most beautiful women in showbiz. Today, it was revealed that the actress has an enviable 24-inch waistline!
How did she achieve it?
She told Pep.ph, “Nagwo-workout naman ako, e, ever since. Dahil alam mo naman sa work natin kailangan fit ka, healthy ka, so meron parang extra workout na lang ako.” [“I’ve been working out ever since. In our line of work you have to be fit and healthy so I do extra workouts.”]
Lopez’s routine involves cardio, which she does through running, dancing, boxing, playing badminton, and doing muay thai.
As for her diet, she eats fish, chicken, and vegetables. She now avoids pork.
She adds, “Drink a lot of water, iyon lang po. And then kailangan mo matulog nang medyo maaga nang konti.” [“Just drink a lot of water. And then you have to sleep a little earlier.”]
In 2016, Pretty Darn Fit shared some snippets of Lopez’s fitness routine. According to the website, she drinks a glass of warm or room temperature water with fresh-squeezed lemon juice. The actress has also replaced rice with sweet potato.
