Rockwell Land Corporation Confirms 2 Residents Test Positive for COVID-19

Rockwell Land Corporation confirmed this March 12 two positive cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Joya North Tower, Rockwell Center, Makati.

Their official statement explains that “one of the residents is now under the care of a hospital. The other two members of the family are now on self-quarantine.”

“As our priority is the community’s health and well-being, we have implemented measures meant to help prevent risks of inadvertent infection, including the closure of some public areas,” they assure.

“This will allow us to completely disinfect the areas and reduce close contact scenarios between residents and guests. All other common areas such as lobbies, elevators, and parking areas will continue to undergo daily, periodic sanitation.

The statement continues: “We are currently reaching out to those we determined to have come in close contact with the residents so as to inform them of the necessary precautionary measures to consider.”

“We have put in place safety protocols for the welfare of everyone in the community. We encourage everyone to do their part in being conscious of possible exposure every time we meet people and go to public spaces.
