This is the phrase this place lives by. Found in Mandaluyong City, people of all ages gather here as the place bounds all meat lovers. Roadster Roasters is one of those places you envision in your head when you daydream of dipping juicy pork ribs in barbecue sauce while laughing with your barkada about having a double chin. Or the place to eat when you are tired from a long day, and just want to have a chill night cap with a beer in hand and all kinds of nakakabusog food in front of you.
Roadster Brisket Nachos
Two appetizers were served on our table: the Mozza Bombs which are bacon-wrapped, cheese-stuffed potato balls that are just right for warming up your palate for more food. They are perfect, bite-sized treats for only P235. The other one was the Roadster Brisket Nachos. What makes Roadster’s Nachos stand out from other nachos is the addition of their popular brisket, as they are the one of the most tender, softest briskets you’ll ever taste.
Butter Roasted Chicken
Our #RoadsterPH protein journey started with their Butter Roasted Chicken. We actually finished it as soon as it was served. The hearty chicken is available for P155 for a quarter, P285 for a half, and P585 for a whole.
Barbecue Pork Ribs
My favorite dish of the night was the Barbecue Pork Ribs. The fresh-off-the-grill meat melts in your mouth, almost butter-like. We cannot stress how soft and tender their meats are. This dish also has a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce on the side, the perfect companion for the ribs.
Roadster Meat Platter
I cannot thank Roadster Roasters enough for coming up with their Roadster Meat Platter, as I am someone who’d rather have variety than large portions! You’ll see how varied this platter is. It contains: Sausage, Beef Brisket, Pork Belly, BBQ Ribs, and a side of Asian Slaw! Saan ka pa!? PAWER! Get this monstrous meat party for P1,655.
