Remember the young boy who was rejected by his crush for not eating vegetables?
If not, here’s a summary: Eman, a grade 4 student from Sorsogon, admitted his feelings to his crush, Danica. Apparently, Danica didn’t reciprocate his feelings. According to her, “may iba na kong nararamdaman” and “kasi ang payat mo at hindi ka kumakain ng gulay.”

She wrote him a letter, which became viral after their teacher, Rosanne Cadag Badrina, posted it on Facebook.

It might be heartbreaking, but he doesn’t need to worry because Heart Evangelista came to the rescue. She shared on Instagram a photo of the rejection letter, adding the caption, “Awww so cute yet so heartbreaking. Saw this letter from a little girl rejecting the boy who has a crush on her. Okay lang yan, Eman, I love you!”
The actress also shared a photo of Eman with a box of goodies from her. Eman even wrote her a letter, saying, “Dear Ms. Heart, happy birthday and happy Valentine’s day. Thank you sa gift kakain na po ako ng maraming gulay para tumaba na ako. Love, Eman.”
Heart added in the caption, “One of the sweetest birthday greetings I got! Kain ka ng maraming gulay, Eman! Happy Valentine’s Day din sayo at salamat sa pagalala ng birthday ko.“
