The University of Cebu is known for giving out cars to board exam topnotchers. Last year, we reported about a bar examiner who ranked fifth nationwide and received a Toyota Vios from the university.
Last September, Micah Arceño received a Totota Wigo for topping the the mechanical engineering licensure exam (MELE). It sounds like a typical story if you’re part of UC. But this year, his girlfriend Marina Luchavez also received a Toyota Wigo for topping this year’s MELE.
Coincidence or #relationshipgoals?
Luchavez achieved an average score rating of 91.60 percent, while Arceño scored 88.45 percent.
Her mentor, Ronie Alcorcon was also given a brand new car.
University of Cebu gives out cars to topnotchers to encourage them to top exams. Meanwhile, second placer Niel Ivan Dominggo Buoquing and fourth placer Jayrald Quiachon, each received a cheque of P100,000.
