Red Ninja Production, one of the long-standing music event groups in Manila, has announced their first major event for 2017. RED NINJA YEAR 8 FEST will take place in B-Side, The Collective, Makati on Saturday, April 22, 2017, and will feature 25 of the most loved indie bands in Manila.
“Year 8 will be different from the past two mini-fests we had in 2016. I’m really excited about our lineup.” says Red Ninja Founder, Nicole Sarmiento. “We curated a mix of new and old bands to make sure everyone enjoys the event.”
Red Ninja Year 8 Fest will feature the following bands: Sud, Chicosci, Gracenote, Tom’s Story, Jensen & the Flips, Banna Harbera, Shadow Moses, MilesExperience, The Riot Act, Moonwlk, Run Dorothy, Tonight We Sleep, Hilera, Tandems ’91, Coeli, Ben&Ben, Lions & Acrobats, Runway Crimes, Over October, tide/edit, Fools & Foes, Rob & the Hitmen, TheSunManager, and Reese Lansangan.
Red Ninja is one of Manila’s longest running production groups. They have been organizing successful events for the past eight years and have gotten quite a following. Their previous events were Red Ninja Year 7 Fest and Red Ninja Year Ender Fest, both held in B-Side, attracted over 600 people in their 12-hour mini festivals.
Red Ninja is not only known as an event organizer. It’s also in band management, and are currently handling entertaining up and coming acts Runway Crimes and Lions & Acrobats, as well as the popular veteran band, Peryodiko.
