The British Chamber of Commerce Philippines (BCCP) is organising its annual event titled, 7th Property Matters: “The Future of Real Estate: Innovations and Opportunities” on August 24, 2023 (Thursday) from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
As the real estate industry has a vital role in driving economic growth, the British Chamber will host its property matters forum this year, highlighting corporate, commercial, and residential investment opportunities. This year, BCCP’s 7th Property Matters forum sponsors include Santos Knight Frank, JLL Philippines, Alveo Land, and Colliers Philippines.
Colliers Philippines will highlight a presentation of the Philippine real estate market outlook for 2023-2024 – both residential and commercial. Santos Knight Frank, moreover, will focus on the future of work, workplace dynamics, and corporate real estate. After the presentations from other speakers focusing on AI and prop technology, a panel discussion will be followed, respectively.
