The UST College of Rehabilitation Sciences Student Council will hold its first student-led international convention about the rehabilitation field this March 11-13, 2022, entitled “Habilitate Connections” via Zoom Cloud Meetings. An estimate of 5,000 participants across different universities inside and outside the Philippines will be attending the convention, ranging from students, professors, and professionals in the field.
The convention aims to promote knowledge and understanding about the rehabilitation field through a series of seminars and research paper presentations in plenary and parallel sessions. It also aims to tackle topics that are relevant to the current situation. It challenges students to be critical and proficient in using evidence-based practice in the provision of care to their future patients.
Consistent with the changing and developing practices and the expansion of knowledge in the rehabilitation field, Habilitate Connections: Rehabilitation Sciences Convention 2022 pioneers in bringing together and immersing the future professionals in the field.
