Nico Bolzico’s Instagram account is always filled with relationship advice – and we absolutely love him for it. From advice on “the red season” to the beauty of low maintenance relationships, we love how he talks about each situation with wit and humor, and in the most relatable way. This time, he talks about jealousy.
In his Instagram post today, Nico talks about how beautiful his wife, Solenn Heussaff, is and then segues into the topic of… JEALOUSY. Nico admits that he used to get very jealous before meeting Solenn. “I always assumed that any guy talking to my girlfriend was trying to hit on her, I didn’t believe in friendship between opposite sexes,” he admits. “But I was wrong, 1 million times wrong!” He then points out that thinking that way only leads to unfounded fights, drama and degradation of the relationship.
He continues: “The truth (The #BolzTruth) is, if our relationship is based in trust and respect, we shouldn’t be worry about it, and we should be fine with our ladies talking to other guys. They should be able have male friends, as we should be able to have female friends. If you really love her, then: trust her, give her the freedom she deserves and let her be; this way you will see your relationship getting stronger every day!”
