They say friends are for life, but what is the true test of friendship? How do we know that the friends we have are for keeps? This student recently found out that his barkada was the kind he could count on, no matter what. He shared on Facebook how his friends chipped in so he could enroll in school.
According to Jan Ray Parayno:
Babawi At babawi ako. Salamat, Mga Tropa!
(A shoutout to my friends who pitched in so I can enroll and pay my first payment of P1,665. Thanks, guys! To be honest I was embarrassed when you were counting the money because I know you need it, too. But I’m really broke. As you saw earlier, I only had myself and my fare money. We only have one more semester before we graduate. And I almost had to miss this. If not for you, I wouldn’t be able to enroll. I want to post this and thank you guys because I’m so happy you’re my friends. And I want to let everyone know what kind of friends I have. I’ll make it up to you. Thanks, friends!)
