Juliever fans are probably over the moon right now after Rayver Cruz’s sweet speech to singer-actress Julie Anne San Jose was caught on video—and which pretty much confirmed speculations that there’s something special going on between the two.
In the video, Rayver was called onstage to deliver his speech to Julie during her birthday celebration last Monday, May 16.
“Gusto ko lang sabihin (I just want to say) how much I appreciate you, Juls. Maraming salamat sa lahat kasi blessing ka sa lahat ng tao, blessing ka for me. (Thank you for everything because you are a blessing to so many people, you are a blessing to me.) You inspire everyone, especially me,” he began.

He then thanked Julie’s family for allowing him to visit her at her home.
But what made everyone hoot and cheer for Rayver as he said his speech was when he outright told Julie, in front of all who attended her party, that he would wait for her until she’s finally ready to be in a relationship.
“Gusto ko lang sabihin na nandito lang ako. Maghihintay ako kahit gaano katagal. Kapag ready ka na and kapag okay na kay Tito at Tita. Palagi lang akong nandito (I just want to say that I’m here for you. I will wait for however long it takes. Whenever you’re ready and when your parents are okay with it. I’ll always be here),” he said.
Ending his message, he expressed: “Mahal kita. (I love you.) Happy birthday.”
The two then shared a long hug before Rayver presented a bouquet of flowers to her. So sweet!!!

He then took to Instagram to share their photos together from the party and to pen another short birthday message. “Happiest birthday to the one and only Asia’s limitless star and my everyday inspiration,” he said.
Julie then replied in the comments: “Thank you @rayvercruz, iykyk.” She also added a blowing kiss emoji and a heart emoji.
Rayver and Julie, who have been friends for a long time, have been rumored to be dating since Rayver’s breakup with Janine Gutierrez, who he had been in a relationship with for four years.
