A WhenInManila.com reader reached out to us to seek help for a public school in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
According to the message sent to us, school will be starting soon but it appears that San Jose Extension in Esperanza National High School located in Barangay San Jose, Koronadal City is not yet ready for school opening. There are still rooms with roofs that are not fixed and are still leaking when it rains. The roof are made of “pawid” (palm) and “kugon” (heath) while the walls are made of “kawayan” (bamboo slats). While some floor are not paved with cement.
