As we continue the COVID-19 fight, we keep following the safety guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) such as staying at home, maintaining a proper social distance, wearing a face mask, and seeking medical attention as needed.
With this, Disney released a selection of face masks that are designed with some of their famous characters.
The face masks come in packs of four in small, medium, and large sizes. The face masks follow the FDA’s recommendations on non-surgical, non-industrial grade cloth masks.
Some of the designs include:
- Star Wars – Baby Yoda and R2-D2 face masks
- Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) – Hulk’s iconic green mouth or a simpler logo-embellished mask
- classic Disney characters – Mickey and Minnie Mouse
The great thing with these face masks is that the company pledges its profits of up to $1 million to MedShare, a national non-profit organization that recovers surplus medical supplies and equipment. Moreover, Disney will donate 1 million face masks for children and families in vulnerable communities across the US.
