If that isn’t good enough, for every ticket sold is equivalent to a NICU Care Package that Preemie Philippines will personally deliver to bring joy, hope and peace to patients at East Avenue Medical Center, Philippine Children’s Medical Hospital and National Children’s Hospital on December 24 and 25, 2019

Preemie Philippines’ primary purpose is to champion preemie parenthood, and to cater to their journey across the country. Our heart never stops beating for this cause and we would take different ways and initiatives to spread awareness and build a community that truly and earnestly believe that prematurity should be taken equal, if not more importance in every pregnancy journey.

In the latest data, 8 out of 10 pregnancies in the Philippines lead to prematurity. It can happen to anyone. It can be prevented in many ways, but no one can ever determine the success of it.

For full-term birth deliveries, mothers have a chance to suffer from Postpartum Depression, due to hormonal changes and other causes. For premature birth deliveries, the number heightens, for it is not just the hormones affecting the state of a mother. But there’s real trauma. Trauma that preemie parents have to endure.

We don’t even have to be a parent to feel the hardships having a tiny baby, and seeing them fighting for their lives in their first 10, 30, 60 days, some even more in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit before finally going home. And surely, the battle doesn’t end there.

This event is one chance to pick-up the heavy burden laid on them. You can make a difference. Your simple enjoyment watching Frozen 2 can leave lasting joy to the families Preemie Philippines will be able to reach out with your help.

What are you waiting for? RSVP to the event and if you’d like to explore more and spread Prematurity Awareness. Visit their website https://www.preemiephilippines.com and/or like their Facebook Page: Preemie Philippines to get to know more about these little warriors.
