Post Malone Might Start a World Beer Pong League and We’re All for It

It looks like Post Malone is up to something new! According to TMZ, he recently filed a trademark for ‘World Pong League’ with the hopes of creating a competitive league of beer pong players. Ah. This takes me back to my beer pong days pre-pandemic… and the time I spent in Hong Kong competing with some of the best teams and players in the world. Read about that here.

Apparently, the paperwork explains that the ‘World Pong League’ will be used to brand official tournaments, competitions, events, exhibitions, and merchandise including casual sportswear, glassware, beer pong tables, beer pong balls, and cup racks.

While this has absolutely nothing to do with music, it isn’t really surprising because Post is known to love beer and beer pong. In fact, he hosted a virtual beer pong tournament in March, the proceeds of which were donated to COVID-19 relief efforts. Post even has a tattoo that he got done after losing a beer pong game to Patrick Mahomes, a Kansas City Chiefs player.

There aren’t a lot of details regarding Post’s plans for the ‘World Pong League’, but I’m definitely excited for it. What kind of beer pong player are you, by the way? 😉 Watch this:
