Podmachine, Podcast Network Asia’s newest service, partners with Legal Network for Truthful Elections (LENTE) to produce a series of podcasts titled, “How to Shade Someone on your Ballot.”
In partnership with Meta, the series will highlight the importance of voting, educate on the entire electoral process, and equip listeners with tools and resources to navigate the election process.
“We partnered with Podmachine and Meta to educate and engage the youth through podcasts,” said Atty. Ona Caritos, Executive Director at LENTE. “Podcasts are an effective and relevant way to disseminate information and promote informed conversations. Through the ‘How to Shade Someone on Your Ballot’ series, we will discuss topics such as how to decipher misinformation, voting preferences, and voting rules. ”
“This partnership shows how podcasts can be a medium to empower voices. We aim to create content that informs, educates, and empowers the youth to think for themselves. By co-producing this show, we hope to leave our listeners with more knowledge of our government and the civic duties attached to being a citizen,” Podmachine executive producer and co-founder Atty. Josef Acuña noted.
