There is a new Philippine National Police (PNP) memorandum that warns the cops from picking their noses or taking selfies when they are on duty.

According to a news post from the Philippine Star, a memorandum released by the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) reminded police officers to not to do anything that may create a negative impression of them to the public.

Chief Superintendent Rolando Nana, deputy regional director for operations of the National Capital Region Police Office, also told the police officers to not to play online games, smoke, or chew gum during their shifts.

This memorandum is as a response to cops  posting photos of themselves on social media while on duty. Officials have continuously issued no-selfie memorandums when Pope Francis visited and during Super Typhoon Yolanda search and rescue operations.
