Pioneer Digital DJ Battle Asia Championship 2014

This year, Pioneer Digital DJ Philippines, has proven the Manila EDM scene and the rest of Asia –just that. Pioneer DJ has indeed set a milestone at the two-day event of the Pioneer Digital DJ Battle Asia Championship 2014. Powerhouses of talent, creativity and competition were experienced by everyone as the dj delegates battled it out.
Its not only the dj representatives of all 9 countries whom we owe this event, we also owe this event to the people behind it. The Pioneer Philippines team and the Pioneer Asia Centre have deservedly achieved sweet success against the usual event strains. The event was an opportunity to showcase Pioneer’s state-of-the art, technologically-driven products and it also officially launch the Kuvo application, the DDJ SX2 and the HDJ C70 to the local market, simultaneously launching these products with the rest of the world. The Pioneer Digital Battle is not only a competition of the best of the best. It also brought together the best djs in Asia and Australia, not solely for the competition, but a chance to learn, share knowledge and swap dj stories.
The really steep Pioneer Digital DJ Battle had the highly qualified judges, analyze closely the styles and moves of our dj contestants, and gave the Championship crown to DJ Pick Up of Thailand. The 1st Runner Up Prize went to Malaysia’s DJ Ben Cracko, the 2nd Runner Up Prize to DJ A Tran of Singapore, our very own MJ Mecha taking home the 3rd Runner Up slot and Vietnam’s DJ Get Looze getting the 4th Runner Up slot out of the 9 contenders from 9 competing countries.
