Pinoy Tacos: Good Eats at Legaspi Market
If you’re interested in the fusion food craze sweeping the United States right now, but feel Manila has been somewhat left out, get yourself down to Pinoy Tacos at Legaspi Market on Sunday. I happened across their stall quite by accident, but was so taken with the food, I had to write about it. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
They start with these homemade shells.
…add a layer of cabbage…
…fill with sweet, saucy meat…
…followed by onions and tomatoes, which are then tumbled together with the other ingredients in a delicious mix…
…and finally topped off with a generous layer of Eden cheese. Masarap!
