We know Pia Wurtzbach now as the 2015 Miss Universe, but before her claim to fame as a world-renowned beauty queen, Pia was once Pia Romero, a budding Star Magic actress.
The Miss Universe alumna will be going back to her acting roots as she stars in the upcoming 2017 MMFF entry film, “The Revengers”, alongside Vice Ganda and Daniel Padilla!
As it’s been a while since Pia acted, she revealed that she has been taking refresher courses on acting!
“This is something I requested from ABS-CBN,” she said, also adding that safety precautions were also put in place to in shooting the superhero film.
“The Revengers” will be directed by Joyce Bernal and is Pia’s first acting stint since 2012.
