In case you haven’t heard, the much-loved Disney movie “Enchanted” starring Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey is returning 15 years later for a well-deserved sequel!
The movie, which came out in 2007, follows the story of Giselle, a young girl from the fairytale kingdom of Andalasia, who is transported to real-life New York City by the evil mother of her prince charming where she then meets the cynical lawyer named Robert. As Robert helps Giselle live “normally” in the city, they eventually learn from each other what true love should feel like.
The movie became a massive success, earning distinctions from the Golden Globes, Academy Awards, Critics’ Choice Movie Awards, Saturn Awards, and more. A sequel being made for it was only a matter of time!
Thanks to photos surfacing online, fans all over the world got to get a sneak peek at what Amy and Patrick now look like as their characters Giselle and Robert years after the events of the original film. See them below!
So far, it’s still unknown when the film, titled “Disenchanted,” will be released.
