The birth of a brainchild Philippine Hot Sauce Club was created last year (2017) by Justin Yenko, the man behind Bad Boy Tikboy & Garapal Hot Sauce, and Eric del Rosario, the man behind Epic’s. These two has been acclaimed award-winning hot sauce makers in the previous Philippine Chili Festivals.  PHSC (Philippine Hot Sauce Club) is the first ever and most celebrated in the chili/hot sauce scene in the country. The club’s vision is to share facts about spicy condiments, whether local or imported, old or new, hot or not, famous or not, yummy or not.

Events are executed through hot sauce sampling and exchanges & meetups monthly. The club also participates in a lot of different pop-up festivals held in the metro. This group of hot sauce makers just loves collaborating with restaurants and food parks while enjoying a different variety of hot sauces with food pairings over drinks. It is as simple as sharing their love for hot sauces to anyone and everyone who share the same burning passion.

The club consists of more than three thousand members and counting. They aim for one thing: to gather and bring everyone together in expanding knowledge, trends, and innovation for all kinds of chili peppers in the local hot sauce scene. It is a community where hot sauce competitors help each other in creating a progressive and innovative chili industry. PHSC believes that there is a huge potential in engaging in this particular industry in the rapidly growing hot business of the red hot chili peppers. Today, the chili community continues to grow and make noise at the current Philippine Market. Expect interesting and unusual fiery hot sauces to be explored and revealed as presented by this club’s events.

This coming Saturday, celebrate with us as the Philippine Hot Sauce Club toasts for its 1st year anniversary at Tomato Kick Tomas Morato, Quezon City. Enjoy a hot sauce tasting buffet with over 400 kinds of hot sauce, exhilarating chili bazaar, good food, booze and live music to set the vibe (played by Baihana, The Bloomfields, Station Wow, Brass Pas Pas Pas with Kat Agarrado, Two Hit Combo. Tarsius, Peaceful Gemini, Bass Relief, and Waiian).

Chili Bazaar opens at 4pm. Music starts by 7pm. Come through!
