It’s not just his looks that he changed, but also his name. Marlou Arizala has gone under the knife and officially introduced himself as Xander Ford.
After quite a long wait, the 20-year-old former Hasht5 member has bared his new face for the entire nation to see through an exclusive grand reveal that was shown on ABS-CBN’s magazine show, Rated K.
