Paul Walker’s Tribute Video “See You Again” Is The Most Watched Youtube Video

Remember Gangnam Style by Psy? While the world may have quickly moved on to the next K-Pop hit, stats don’t lie: For five years straight, the Korean novelty hit held the title of most watched YouTube video of all time. The song, first released in 2012, has been viewed almost three billion times (2,896,175,327) as of July 12. It was so popular that the video exceeded Youtube’s view limit, forcing the video-sharing website to change their limit from over 2 billion views to 9 quintillion views!

It’s a great feat indeed, but Psy can now take a seat. The Furious 7 track “See You Again” by rapper Wiz Khalifa and singer Charlie Puth that served as a tribute to Paul Walker, is now the most viewed video on Youtube!

“See You Again” was released in April 2015 and has gained more than six million more views at 2,902,471,047 views as of July 12. The hit catapulted Charlie Puth to fame, who later came out with hits such as “Marvin Gaye” and “One Call Away”.
