Calling all junior and senior high school students of Tarlac! Brace yourselves as UP Sandiwa brings you Pataasandiwa 2017, an inter-school academic-literary competition with the theme “Sinag: Pagkalap, Paghasa, Pagmulat” this November 25 and 26 at the Provincial Capitol of Tarlac, Tarlac City.
PATAASANDIWA is a two-day competition which not only seeks to promote excellence, but also aims to empower its participants with a greater sense of ownership and responsibility. With this year’s theme, we challenge students to enhance their focus on the serious issues plaguing the society of today. The various literary-academic contests which include Extemporaneous Speaking, Essay Writing, Poster Making, Quiz Bee and Debate Competition, challenge students to enhance their focus on the serious issues plaguing the society of today. Furthermore, this becomes a preparation for some of the winners in different competitions to represent the province at the national level, PATALASANLAHI 2018 to be held on March 3-4, 2018.
