What is the best thing about love? Well, maybe it is knowing that you are capable of giving love to others. Probably, it is you finally realizing that you are worthy of being loved. But above all, it might be the fact that no matter what situation we all might be in, love will always find its way to balance out everything in this world. Most importantly, love will make us see the good beyond the cost, and that might be the reason why we seek and long for it. After all this time, have you found your love?
This February, the UP Economics Towards Consciousness (UP ETC), together with Uber PH and in cooperation with Curves and iheartMNL, presents Paraluman: Find Your Love | A Food and Lifestyle Valentine’s Bazaar. For the second time, we will be spending five nights of lights, sounds, and life, but this time, during the month of love.
UP ETC had its first food and lifestyle bazaar entitled Haliya: Under The Stars last September 5-9, 2016. The cool nights of the first of the so-called “-ber months” provided a perfect atmosphere for friends, family and loved ones to shop and dine under the moon and stars. A great number of concessionaires were present in the bazaar to cater to the interests and tastes of the people present in the event. Beyond the material things and “gold” that have been forgone in exchange for what Haliya had to offer, the best thing about it was people was able to earn something more than what can be seen or held: the fun, laughter, memories and experiences with the best company that made the ordinary time and place extraordinary.
