I love how every meal is plated and presented in a manner that is so simple yet so traditional. Their dishes are mostly from their own family recipes which they have enjoyed for generations.

Departing from Pannzian Beach was really hard as we already became so attached to the place even for such a short while. Teary-eyed I was, as we hopped in the bus bound back to Manila. We could never forget the hospitality given to us by Ken, his Tita Badette, all the warm wonderful staff as well as the furry friends whom we have already considered as family. I really admire the people there and Ken, their owner is really doing a great job in taking care of everything to ensure every stay is memorable! Such an inspiring person!
Until now, I still find myself lost with words on how to properly describe that wonderful adventure. Perhaps, words will never really suffice, because Pannzian Beach is not just a destination but an EXPERIENCE waiting for you to savor.
If you’re the type who loves nature and prefer peaceful quiet stays… If you appreciate the joy of seclusion, isolation and occasionally having that “need” of finding yourself through soul searching (like us), Pannzian Beach will surely be a perfect healing retreat for every soul in need.
Weird as it may seem, that afternoon before our departure, once again, I sat in front of the beach just to give thanks for nature’s kindness. I thanked the waves for its calming whispers, the trees for providing shade as we rested, the wind for its re-assuring serene breeze and for the wonderful souls we got to connect with. I will truly miss this place and I promise to come back. I feel so blessed for all these adventures and for always being at the right place and time.
I remember arriving home with a renewed heart, thanks to that epic trip. I think that’s what I really love about traveling…. You always come home as a new person… never the same. =)
