Ready for more good samaritan stories amid the COVID-19 lockdown? The quarantine may have a lot of us feeling the blues, anxiety, and even constant worry about our front liners and those who still have to work despite the dangerous situation we’re facing. It’s inevitable–a pandemic can bring with it fear and anxiety. However, there are those bright spots that still warm our hearts. Good samaritan stories are always welcome and this one’s gonna get you clutching your chest.
Bakery owner Raina Ominga noticed a pizza delivery driver always stopping by to buy bread at their bakery. When asked, he revealed he would buy the bread using his tips and then give them away to those he sees while passing by!
“Sabi ni Kuya, lahat daw ng nakukuha niyang tip everytime nagdedeliver sya, iniipon niya pambibili niya ng bread. Then pinapamigay niya sa mga taong nakikita niya sa kalsada along the way,” she wrote on her Facebook post.
