Our own Disney Princess, Lea Salonga–who sang the original Aladdin theme song “A Whole New World”– brought audience in tears as they reminisce the beautiful Disney original movie “Aladdin” which aired 23 years ago.
Lea along with Brad Kane (Aladdin) and 8 time oscar winner composer Alan Menken tells the world how “A Whole New World” came about while he was writing it.
A part from singing Jasmine on Aladdin, Lea Salonga also was the singing voice of Mulan and was named a Disney Legend in 2011 for her work in the company.
