Two of the best sellers in their pasta dishes were Pasta Oliva and Linguine with Salmon and Spinach in Garlic Cream Sauce. Pasta Oliva is made with olive oil and garlic pasta, topped with sun dried tomatoes, olives, capers and parsley, which I recommend for vegetarians. I’m not a fan of capers and olives, but I can’t deny that I love the taste of Pasta Oliva! The Linguine with Salmon and Spinach in Garlic Cream Sauce was also undeniably good.

My favorite of all the dishes served is still the Butter Chicken Masala—which is made of boneless chicken breast that is cooked with Indian spices in tomato butter sauce. I can’t really explain the taste but it has something that kept me wanting to try again until now! A must try for all!

With Crab and Mango Salad on the side, we were served Teriyaki Glazed Chicken Fillet as our final dish. If you are a lover of Teriyaki, you would surely love Oliva’s version. Chicken was cooked tender and the salty-sweet Teriyaki sauce was just enough to give flavor to the whole dish. It was so good, that we were able to finish the dish in an instant!
