Ol’ Pub: The Ultimate Beer and Food Haven In La Union

A healthier option is also available for those trying to keep themselves fit. You can choose between the Ol’ Pub Salad or the Summer Salad. Either way, I can assure you that their ingredients are always fresh and the best of the best–you can’t go wrong wth either of them.

Of course, what’s a good Pinoy pub without rice meals? As of this writing, their bestselling rice meal is their Liempo Express which is basically the good old Bicol Express but with roasted pork liempo in it. The moment I took a bite, I instantly knew why it was a bestseller. The way the coconut milk, shrimp paste, and chili all blended together for this dish was truly mouthwatering.

Their Roasted Honey Glazed Chicken is also another bestseller. It has that sweet and salty flavor that’s made even better with the way the chicken was roasted. This was honestly one of my favorites.

Other rice meals also include the Ol’ Pub Bulgogi, which is perfect for all those Korean lovers; Tuna Green Curry, which is tuna chunks in a Thai spicy green curry paste–also another dish whose spiciness adds thrill to your dining experience.

Ol’ Pub also offers amazingly roasted chicken and pork liempo, which is made with their own signature flavors. One of their unique meals is their Stuffed Roast Chicken which is pretty much a whole roasted chicken stuffed with sisig rice–and yes, it tastes as good as it sounds. It’s a twist to the once simple roasted chicken, and it’s a twist that your stomach will thank you for.

And what’s a “good old pub” without good old drinks? Aside from the classic cold beers that you’re going to be looking for in a pub (they partnered with some of the best beer brands, btw), they have their signature drinks.

The Ol’ Pub Signature is rum mixed with pineapple juice. The High Octane is a combination of eight spirits and it will pretty much send you to happy land in no time. They also have frozen margaritas, mojitos, and pretty much any drink you might be looking for when in La Union.

While their menu is already glorious as it is, it’s still in progress. So, there will definitely be more scrumptious dishes we can look out for in Ol’ Pub.

Ol' Pub

This good old pub is definitely one of those at the top of the list of places to eat in La Union. I can’t even stress enough how very much satisfied you’ll be with the food and drinks. With its very inviting ambiance, interesting interior, mouthwatering food, and refreshing drinks, Ol’ Pub is one of those happy places that has it all–and more.
