I looooove cheesecake. However, it can be quite intimidating to be faced with the struggle on whether to order an actual normal-sized cheesecake, especially if you’re the only one at home who actually eats cheesecake. (Lol. Welcome to my life!) So when I found out that Nikita’s Pastries offers easy-to-bite-sized cheesecake cups, I jumped at the chance to stock up on them. Little did I know that my family, who doesn’t usually eat cheesecake, would end up devouring them, as well. :p

Nikita Alfaro, the woman behind Nikita’s Pastries, loves sweets and has been baking for about a decade now, starting from pre-made pastries then eventually baking from scratch. Over the years, she ventured in the pastry business, starting with cakes, cookies, and brownies. With cheesecake being her bestseller, Nikita focused on perfecting her recipe. After some time, she thought of creating cupcake sizes for the cheesecakes for easier consumption – and those are the cups you see in this article.

These cheesecake cups are best eaten when chilled and can be partnered with any beverage. It can last up to three weeks when refrigerated and stored in an airtight container, but trust me when I say they won’t last that long. As mentioned, my family doesn’t even eat cheesecake… but our boxes of cheesecake cups were gone in less than 48 hours!

When they were thinking of a new flavor to add to their line of products, Nikita shares that a friend of hers called her one night and said ‘Milo Cheesecake’. Cheesecake is timeless and Milo is a flavor that is sure to remind everyone of their childhood. It was definitely a good addition to the roster.
As for their bestseller? Well, with Christmas season coming up at the time, they thought of fusing the creamy sweet taste of leche flan with their luscious cheesecake cups… and the outcome is nothing short of heavenly!
