The National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – National Capital Region (NFJPIA-NCR), under the federation year HIRAKUMA, officially announces the conduct of its 2nd Regional Executive Board Meeting (REBM) featuring a Leadership Summit on January 18, 2026, at Villa Alfredo’s Resort in San Fernando, Pampanga.
The one-day event is open to all NCR JPIAns and is designed to unify members across the region through strategic governance and transformative leadership development. It aims to strengthen collaboration among local chapters while reinforcing a shared vision aligned with the federation’s mandate and national objectives.

The event will formally open with the 2nd REBM titled Dalara: Navigating Depths in the Waves of Purpose. This segment will serve as a platform for transparent reporting and critical discussions, financial updates, and strategic assessments of ongoing and upcoming initiatives. An open question-and-answer forum will allow executive board members to raise concerns, exchange insights, and contribute to collective decision-making, ensuring accountability and proactive leadership under the HIRAKUMA administration.
Following the REBM, the program will transition into Naviagre: The Cartography of Transcendence, Compass of Becoming, a premier leadership summit designed to equip JPIAns with essential skills for personal and organizational growth. Through keynote sessions and team-building games and challenges, participants will explore contemporary leadership principles, organizational culture, adaptability, and resilience. The summit encourages leaders to define their own “compass of becoming” as they navigate evolving responsibilities within their respective chapters.
The summit will feature guest speakers from REO Review Center and NFJPIA alumni leader Ms. Yssabelle Callañga, who will share professional insights, leadership experiences, and practical guidance relevant to student leaders.
According to project heads Rheanna Aballe, Samantha Galang, and Yasmeen Mahmud, holding the REBM and Leadership Summit allows student leaders to step away from routine academic demands and fully engage in collaborative growth.
“This is beyond organizational discussions and evaluations. It also serves as a platform for JPIAns across the region to get to know their fellow JPIAns, which will help them build networks and create collaborative initiatives in the future. We, as project heads, are truly aiming that, aside from the insights they will gain from the keynote speakers, participants will also be able to form meaningful bonds,” Aballe stated.
The 2nd REBM ft. Leadership Summit underscores NFJPIA-NCR’s continued commitment to leadership excellence, transparency, and sustainable organizational development among future accounting professionals.
