Trending right now is this photo of a help desk in a mall in the Philippines. People were addressing the comical caption written by a Facebook page but some saw it to be unfair to target the PNP when the author did not know the whole story of what went on in the photo. A given example would be: This was taken during prep time. Some shared their dismay in the PNP altogether, sharing stories of their encounter when they told the police an incident which they experienced but they could not help:
