‘Kingdom’ Season 2 Finally Has A Release Date

Everyone’s favorite Korean zombie series has finally announced the premiere date for their much-awaited second season. That’s right — Netflix has officially confirmed that Kingdom Season 2 will be arriving this March 13 on the streaming platform.

Netflix released a teaser for the second season as well. It features Lee Chang, Seo Bi (Bae Doona), Jo Hak Joo (Ryu Seung Ryong), Moo Young (Kim Sang Ho), Young Shin (Kim Sung Kyun), Beom Pal (Jeon Suk Ho), the Queen (Kim Hye Joon), Min Chi Rok (Park Byung Eun), and more.

Kingdom is a Korean drama based on the webcomic The Kingdom of the Gods. It is set in South Korea during the Joseon dynasty as a “mysterious plague begins to spread.” Season 2 follows the story of the said epidemic and the characters’ “desperate, bloody struggle.”
