Netflix just made it official and the Hargreeves are returning.
Netflix’s superhero series The Umbrella Academy is officially getting a second season.
This was confirmed with a tweet.

Original cast members Ellen Page (Vanya), Tom Hopper (Luther), David Castañeda (Diego), Emmy Raver-Lampman (Allison), Robert Sheehan (Klaus), Aidan Gallagher (Number Five), and Justin H. Min (Ben), as well as showrunner Steve Blackman will be returning in season 2.
Season 2 is slated to have 10 episodes. Production will start this year and it is set to be done in Toronto, Canada.
