In a media conference during her contract signing with GMA executives, she shared that she wanted to work with Alden because he’s a gamer just she is. “Nakikita ko kasi siya naglalaro ng isang game, ‘yung Ragnarok Mobile,” Myrtle said. “Kahit sobrang busy niyang tao, meron parin siyang time para i-enjoy sarili niya.”

(“I see him play that game, Ragnarok Mobile. Even though he’s so busy, he still finds time to enjoy himself.”)

Are we going to see an onscreen pair-up between Myrtle and Alden soon? We’ll just have to wait and see!

Myrtle’s last project with ABS-CBN was the movie Block Z starring Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto, which was produced by Star Cinema. She also appeared in an episode of ABS-CBN’s weekly gag show, Banana Sundae, which aired a week before she officially signed with GMA.

Myrtle is very optimistic about this new chapter of her life especially with the plentiful opportunities already being given to her upon her transfer.

“First day ko palang sa GMA may binigay na sila sa ‘king mga shows (It’s just my first day in GMA and they’ve already given me shows),” she shared. “Binigyan nila kaagad ako ng (They immediately gave me an) opportunity to showcase my talent. I really feel the warm welcome dito (here).”
