The country’s largest multi-sport festival & fitness expo, Musclecontest Philippines, will be making history this September 7-9, 2018 in Subic Bay Exhibition & Convention Center.
Headlined by the first ever international bodybuilding competition on Philippine shores, this 3-day affair is expected to attract 5,000 athletes and spectators with events catering to the dance fitness, functional fitness, MMA, bodybuilding, and running communities.
For the bodybuilding community, Musclecontest Philippines will be the first-ever bodybuilding contest to be sanctioned by the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) to give out IFBB Pro Cards in the Philippines.
King of the Fight will be an MMA exhibition with over 14 fights featuring the best amateur mixed martial artists from all over the country as they battle for pride and glory.
While this is ongoing, Conzert, an all-day dance marathon where participants can join the fun and intense group exercise classes such as Bootcamp, Pop Hits, Retro, PiloxingBarre, Cardio Martial Arts, Strong by Zumba, Zumba Fitness, and Zumba Step, will also be in motion.
For those looking to show off their physical prowess, The Alpha Challenge is an epic challenge that will let the fittest athletes showcase extraordinary feats of strength and endurance. The event will require participants to execute as many reps as they can in one minute of five simple, but carefully chosen exercises.
These three events will be held on September 8.
Bikini Run, the hottest and sexiest running event in the country, will serve as the weekend’s culminating event on September 9. Runners can partake in either the 5k or 10k categories while taking in scenic views and sun-soaked beaches of Subic Bay. Participants are still allowed to run wearing their preferred attire, although bikinis and undergarments are highly recommended.
There will also be a Fitness Expo to feature the latest products and services in the fitness industry. Companies specializing in different aspects of health and fitness will put on elaborate displays to promote the newest developments in the fitness scene.
