You probably miss watching new movies in the theater with family, friends, or your significant other.
Although you can Netflix and chi…cken wings at home, there is still something different and exciting in anticipating new flicks to catch on the big screen.
However, with the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown rules set in place, movie theaters all over are still closed. But soon, we will be able to watch movies on a humungous screen— because SM Cinema is opening a drive-in cinema in Pampanga.

SM Cinema wrote on Facebook, “Watch movies at sundown starting July 31, 2020, in SM Pampanga Amphitheater.”
The shows are scheduled Friday to Sunday at 5:30 PM and 8:20 PM.
A ticket for the drive-in cinema costs PHP400. This includes snacks like bottled water, popcorn, and beef franks.
For the best view (and probably to ensure COVID-19 guidelines are followed), it is recommended that there are only two persons per car— four maximum.
Although the tickets will be on sale soon, they did not disclose yet what movies will be shown during the opening of the drive-in cinema.
