Time for some desserts! The dessert course remains my favorite part of the meal. I think my sweet tooth has not been plucked yet. The sweet treats at Spiral Buffet certainly made me more excited than ever, that I had to try keep myself prim and proper. Apart from this array of colorful bite-sized fruits, Spiral Buffet has native delicacies, halo-halo, gummy bears, chocolates, truffles and pralines. Very tempting and absolutely satisfying.
My delightful Mother’s day meal at Spiral was punctuated with this really really really good piece of chocolate cake. Thick, rich and not-too-sweet, this velvety chocolate cake is a must-try!
My mom and I had one of the best Mother’s Day experience at Spiral Buffet, Sofitel Manila. From a star-studded fashion show to world renowned dishes, Sofitel Philippine Plaza was able to bring it all to our table. On our way home, I told my mom I just feel blessed. Blessed to have been able to experience Mother’s Day at Spiral Buffet with her, and blessed to have a mother like her who can cook the world’s most amazing pork chop.
