Mon Confiado is a master at changing his physical appearance to perfectly portray his roles in movies. But take note: there’s hardly any CGI or special effects makeup involved here; it’s all Mon’s personal efforts to match the way he looks to that of his character.
On Instagram, Mon showed off a couple of his physical transformations—one where he is a muscular boxer, and another where he is a pot-bellied man with crooked teeth. With both characters looking so drastically different, you wouldn’t have known it’s the same person at first glance!

This is just proof of the prolific actor’s dedication to his craft. On his caption, he wrote, “Physical transformation in the name of cinema isn’t always easy. It requires a lot of discipline, dedication, passion, sacrifice, commitment and love for the art.”
